The Prestige Apartments

The Prestige Apartments are located at 2645 Harding Highway on the east side of Lima, Ohio. The apartments are in a small community located in the Bath school district in the Lost Creek Area near shopping, restaurants and close to Ohio State University Lima and Rhodes State University.

These apartments offer a walk in entrance from street level with small porches and the ability to plant flowers and make your living area special. The area is safe with easy access to the I-75 and Routes 309 and 117.

The brick apartment buildings each have their own laundry hook up, covered car port and outdoor storage unit right outside the front door. There are thirteen units at the Prestige Apartments and all buildings are brick exterior. Each apartment has a state of the art security system, monitored smoke detectors and high speed internet all at no additional cost to you. Of the thirteen apartments, eleven are two bedroom apartments and two are one bedroom apartments.

This quaint community of apartments contains working adults, families and retirees. It is hard to not get to know your neighbors in this type of a community apartment living. A central drive separates two rows of apartments and guest parking is available.

The landlord pays for water and sewer and the tenant is responsible for trash and electric. A security deposit equal to first month’s rent is required to hold any Prestige Apt for two weeks as these apartments are rarely vacant and turn over quickly. A Twenty-five dollar application fee should accompany your signed application and full background and credit checks are performed on any potential tenant.
